Prof. Gabriel Gomes de Oliveira

Bio: Gabriel Gomes De Oliveira (Student Member, IEEE) received the master’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Campinas (UNICAMP), where he is pursuing the Ph.D. degree with the Faculty of Electrical and Computer Engineering (FEEC). His main interests and researches are intelligent transportation systems (ITS), smart cities, big data, and the Internet of Things (IoT). He is a Student Member of ASCE.

Bio: Associate Professor Senior ACM member Emre Erturk is known internationally through conferences and editorships in cloud computing, educational technology, and digital divide/inclusion. Emre won 2017 EIT CEO’s Research Award and a grant from Internet-NZ in 2020. Past Programme Coordinator and Ethics Chair, Emre has held leadership roles with the Royal Society and CITRENZ (Computing Information Technology Research Education New Zealand).
